I established White  Fitness to offer a personal service to all of my clients and create realistic training programmes that give value for money and achieve great lasting results.

I work with a broad cross-section of people – old and young, male and female. You don’t have to be fit to have a personal trainer, but you must have the desire to lead a healthier, fuller, longer and more active life.

I also understand that your fitness isn’t just about exercise, it is just as much about what you eat (and what you don’t eat). So I also offer tailored nutritional advice to get the best results out of your training, whatever your goals may be.

I know that your time is precious and will already be divided between competing pressures, but also with your fitness being just one of them. I will work with you at a time and location of your choice – your home, the gym  your local park or my place . I pride myself on my professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
